What form are the products supplied in?

All peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sterile research vials. Lyophilization enhances stability during storage and transport. Products must be reconstituted with an appropriate sterile diluent, such as Bacteriostatic Water (“BacWater”), prior to research use. Reconstitution must be performed by qualified laboratory professionals using appropriate sterile techniques.

Bacteriostatic Water (“BacWater”) is sold separately and is not included with lyophilized peptide orders.

Delivery Issues

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides, all sales are final.

Customers are encouraged to video record the unboxing of their package upon delivery, with clear visibility of the tracking number, for verification purposes. Video documentation may support any damage claim submitted, but is not a guarantee of eligible replacement.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged:

• Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photographic evidence must be provided
• Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied

Product Replacement

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information, securing and receiving their package upon delivery. Confi Life Labs, LLC is not responsible for package theft or loss after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Replacement may be issued at our sole discretion following verification.

Replacement Ineligibility

Replacement requests will not be considered for products affected by improper storage, improper handling, buyer error, change of mind, or opened or altered products. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Payment & Chargeback Policy

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes may result in:
